Nina GranowOperations Coordinator
After graduating, Nina moved to Atlanta, GA, to work as a Policy Analyst for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). She later transitioned into consulting, where she developed strategies to enhance the impact of nationwide public health programs. Her work in public health fueled her interest in the intersection of climate change and population health, leading her to spend more time outdoors and deepening her commitment to environmental conservation.
In 2022, driven by her passion for the planet, Nina and her husband embarked on an 8-month backpacking journey through 10 countries in Central and South America. This immersive experience in nature and diverse cultures solidified her dedication to sustainable travel. Guided by the ecological knowledge of local experts, she had the privilege of witnessing remarkable moments, like camping next to an actively erupting volcano in Guatemala, marveling at pink river dolphins in the Amazon, trekking to glacial lakes in the Peruvian Andes and backpacking in Patagonia. These experiences inspired her to facilitate extraordinary wild experiences for others and share in the wonder and awe that this planet has to offer.
Now residing in Arvada, CO, Nina enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
