Annette BrayAdministrative Assistant
Annette developed her love of nature in the High Sierras of California. She began skiing, hiking and biking at a very young age, and despite being raised in the middle of the city of Los Angeles, she always found her way into wilderness areas whenever she could. With her love of physical activity coupled with her passion for being in the outdoors, she gravitated towards exploring nature. So, when she moved to Colorado after getting a bachelor's degree in anatomy and exercise physiology, she took up mountain biking, backcountry skiing, backpacking and rock climbing.
Whether it’s taking her nieces and nephews on the next adventure (her nickname is “Nature Aunt”) or sharing with others the incredible gift that presence in nature can bring, she knows that human health and the health of this planet are inseparable. She’s also well known by all her relations as a wolf lover at her core. She’s fiercely loyal and devoted to her circle of loved ones and yet is eager to see what’s around the next corner. Her desire to explore wild horizons is driven by her passion for understanding the interconnectedness between humans and nature, and our capacity for growth as individuals and a global community.
When not sharing in a traveler's next joyful journey as an Administrative Assistant at Nat Hab, she teaches yoga and mindful movement, conducts retreats, spends time with her husband and two canine kiddos, and anticipates her next adventure!
