Alexis Campbell grew up on the shores of Hudson Bay in the Polar Bear Capital of the World. As a child in Churchill, Manitoba, she could be found exploring the boreal forest, berry picking, watching beluga whales, searching for polar bears and lying in the snow beneath the northern lights. In 2017, Alexis began providing massage therapy services to the much-deserving Nat Hab operations team in Churchill. This was her in! As it turns out, Nat Hab decided to keep her—in a new role. She started as a part-time Operations Coordinator for Nat Hab Northern Lights trips and fell in love with the company. Alexis specializes in on-the-ground field operations. She has worked in Winnipeg, Churchill, and remotely for Nat Hab's Ultimate Alaska program. She now serves as Churchill Operations Manager for all three seasons and is in charge of overseeing the hiring of operations staff globally.

When Alexis is not hard at work in Churchill, you're likely to find her hiking with her daughter Allie in British Columbia. She also travels extensively for work and pleasure. To date, one of her favorite trips is a Nat Hab adventure to the Galapagos aboard Nat Hab's Petral. Upcoming journeys include New Zealand, Eastern Europe and Patagonia.
