Kenneth Kinoti
Kenneth grew up on the northern slopes of Mount Kenya surrounded by the vast Laikipia Plateau and the country's northern conservation areas. In such a setting, nothing could impede his falling totally in love with nature and the beauty he found around him, spurring his interest in a naturalist/tourism career since childhood. He pursued several certifications in guiding and tourism, attaining a diploma in Tours and Travel, a diploma in Hotel Management, a certificate in guiding via a year-long program with the Center for Tourism, Training and Research; firearms handling and safety training, plus a few in-house training and refresher courses through the organizations he has worked with, focusing on ornithology, botany and first aid. In 2006, he was certified by the prestigious Kenya Professional Safari Guide association. Having worked as a guide since, Kenneth has been part of the staff of several high-end camps while enhancing his vast knowledge of nature and providing outstanding service to guests. When he isn't in the field sharing the wonders of his country with his guests, you'll find him on his farm on the slopes of Mount Kenya.
