Kaden Dearing
Growing up in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah, Kaden spent his childhood running through sagebrush and sego lilies just beyond his backyard. Kaden spent winters skiing with his family and summers swimming in Lake Powell. These early experiences with family and friends were the beginning of his love of the outdoors and the American West.
At age 15, Kaden had the privilege of working summers at a Boy Scouts of America camp in Yellowstone’s backcountry. He led day hikes and backpacking trips, taught nature classes and shared his love of the wilderness. Kaden attended Utah State University, where he studied cultural anthropology and religious studies. He is excited to join the Nat Hab team as an Expedition Leader in U.S. National Parks.
