Please contact your personal Adventure Specialist for educational opportunities in other destinations. - Commitment to Conservation & Community
Since our founding in 1985, Natural Habitat Adventures has been committed to global leadership to make the entire travel industry more sustainable. In 2007 Nat Hab became the world's first 100% carbon-neutral travel company, offsetting the carbon emissions that result from all office- and trip-related activities. In 2019, we took our commitment to a whole new level as we began to offset our travelers' flights to and from our global adventure destinations, increasing the total amount of our carbon offsetting by 300-400%. We are also committed to the local communities where we operate. When the pandemic hit, tourism came to a sudden halt around the world. With no jobs, many local tourism workers, along with the extended families they support, have faced hunger, health crises and the loss of income to send their children to school. Recognizing this challenge, Nat Hab set up a Community Relief Fund and raised more than $340,000 local tourism workers around the globe. Natural Habitat Adventures has been the official conservation travel partner of World Wildlife Fund (WWF) since 2003. We take great pride in this appointment, as it reflects our commitment to protecting wildlife and preserving the natural habitats we visit, as well as our dedication to offering the highest quality customer service to our guests. See more on our partnership with WWF. - Meet Our Partners
Since 2016, Natural Habitat Adventures has been the business partner of Lindblad Expeditions, the world’s leader in small-ship expedition cruising. In 2021, we entered an equity partnership with Off the Beaten Path, DuVine Cycling + Adventure Co., and Classic Journeys. Our partnership with these four tour operators offers your guests a wider range of options for exploring the world’s most wild, remote, engaging and entrancing places.
