Tanda Tula's 12 thatched-roof, canvas-sided suites are secluded under a thicket of majestic trees and connected to a private deck that overlooks the Nhlaralumi riverbed. En suite bathrooms feature a Victorian porcelain soaking tub and both indoor and enclosed outdoor showers. Venture over to the central area to cool off in the swimming pool as you watch buffalo and elephants enjoy the wateringhole, or sip an afternoon cocktail from the nearby bar. Feast on traditional braai, or barbeque, in the open-air boma beside the campfire as you are treated to a cultural performance featuring local songs and dances, or choose to dine under the stars next to the river. The main lounge features stylish, comfortable furnishings focused on a log fireplace, plus bookshelves filled with titles for your enjoyment while in camp.
