Madikwe Game Reserve is a confluence of Kalahari’s dry savanna and the bushveld, generating a region with one of the most diverse populations of wildlife in a single reserve. Also home to this private reserve is Little Madikwe Hills, a very family friendly environment, and an ideal destination to make lifelong memories.
Warm earth tones compliment the natural ethos while much of the interior is embossed with wooden frames from local trees. The slate fireplace welcomes guests into the dining and living areas, which feel cozy, yet open and airy due to the array of comfortable sofas and large glass windows. While Little Madikwe typically accommodates four guests under a single roof, you can utilize an additional two suites from the main lodge in conjunction with the private lodge to accommodate a total of eight guests. The en suite bedrooms feature bathrooms adorned with bright and neutral textures, allowing a lot of light to come in as well as a private glimpse into the reserve. The space is also complete with a deep bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. In between safari excursions, guests can take advantage of the private deck and swimming pool, library, and satellite television.
During your stay, Little Madikwe functions like a private home, extending a full-service staff, private chef, and private safari guide with a vehicle to host all of your activities.
