The cottages are situated around the lodge, once the main house of the Hidden Valley estate. Ingredients are grown in Hidden Valley's gardens or brought in daily from local fruit and vegetable markets nearby. Breads and sweets are made daily in the kitchen and pair well with Hidden Valley coffee—grown, roasted and ground on the property.
