Situated within a private concession on nearly three miles of Lake Kariba shoreline,  Changa Safari Lodge offers a glorious location from which to explore a huge tract of raw African wilderness. Guests find a comfortable retreat in luxury tented suites, each with its own private deck from which to enjoy views of the Matusadona Mountains across the vast expanse of the lake. Each tent features individual decor incorporating unique African influences such as rustic wood, leather, locally handmade furniture, and weavings. En suite facilities have an outdoor shower and bath for "under the stars" bathing in complete provide privacy. All tents are mosquito-proofed with fans for cooling during the hot months. 

Changa has been designed to blend in with the environment as much as possible, and the natural materials, thatched roofs, wooden decks and walkways merge harmoniously with the surrounding bush. The main lounge and library are open to the gentle breeze off the lake, shaded by a thatched roof with sprawling views onto the beach and lakeshore. Meals are relaxed and laid back, set around a large table in the dining room or under a canopy of trees on the vast wooden deck overlooking the lake.The main deck has a sweeping curved stairway leading onto a lower deck, fire pit and wide beach of white sand, the perfect spot to sit and relax with a refreshing drink. The swimming pool and lounge chairs overlook the bay.
