Peter grew up with a passion for nature and the outdoors. He graduated with a degree in outdoor recreation and countryside management and has worked professionally as a naturalist guide for the last 12 years in England, France, Italy, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the U.S. and Canada. As a professional photographer, he especially loves capturing candid wildlife shots and shooting during the fabled "golden hour." Peter, who currently leads photo expeditions for Nat Hab in Churchill, Manitoba, loves working the company because its ethos and core values align with his own, as he strives to promote sustainable conservation-minded travel.
When he's not out guiding adventures, you'll find Peter in the British Columbia backcountry splitboarding and mountaineering. During the summer months, he competes in enduro mountain bike races and multi-day sail races in northern Ontario. Most recently, Peter completed his Advanced Open Water Diver certification with an aim to become a dive master for ship-based expeditions.
