Please do not cut and paste into another email, as there is information in this document that allows us to obtain additional information about your flights in case of delay.If you have personally booked additional hotel nights on either end of your trip, please include that information as well so that we may coordinate your arrival and departure transfers where applicable. It is very important that you submit this information as soon as possible so we can continue our preparations for your arrival.
