Jennifer Roberts
The travel bug has taken Jennifer to 75 countries on seven continents, from Antarctica to Zanzibar, and changed her life. Some of the endless highlights include climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro; backpacking the Himalayas, Andes and Rocky Mountains; meeting mountain gorillas in Rwanda; scuba diving in the Caribbean, Similan and Galapagos Islands; marathon running and skiing in Europe; kayaking in Antarctica and Alaska; rafting in New Zealand and Uganda, wildlife safaris in Kenya and Tanzania; and volunteering in India and Nepal. Between long trips, Jennifer studied writing and photojournalism, took First Aid courses, and improved her mountaineering, skiing and scuba diving skillset.
Jennifer has spent most summers guiding travelers through the Canadian Rockies and coastal BC. She has received Tourism Vancouver nominations and the Courage Award for crisis management with Globus. Her passion for logistics and traveler care led to exciting opportunities directing multi-day tours across Canada, mentoring guides for luxury train tours, leading backpacking tours in South America and managing the onboard operations of an expedition ship in Antarctica. In 2022, she joined Natural Habitat Adventures as a Canada Expedition Leader. She is thrilled to share her love of the natural world with travelers from around the globe and hopes to inspire them to care for our planet.
At home in beautiful Squamish, BC, Jennifer can be found hiking, Nordic and downhill skiing, paddling, reading or planning her next adventure.
