Travel to and from the start and end point of the extension, lunch on Day 1 and Day 4, dinners, gratuities, passport and visa fees, optional activities, items of a personal nature (non-alcoholic beverages except as included with meals, extra alcoholic beverages, phone calls, souvenirs, etc.), airline baggage fees, airport and departure taxes, any increase in entry fees or taxes, optional travel insurance, and required medical evacuation insurance.
Physical Requirements

In order to participate in all activities, travelers must be able to walk a minimum of 1 mile unassisted over uneven surfaces and inclines, must be comfortable with heights and able to climb stairs. You'll get the most out of the coastal walk at Cape Point if you can comfortably walk unassisted over potentially slippery rocks and sand. Physical activities include outdoor walking tours that may last several hours, as well as options to board a tram and a funicular. Please be prepared for walking on smooth surfaces, dirt trails and cobblestones. You may opt to hike to reach the top of the Cape Peninsula, but a funicular ride to the top is provided as an alternative option. Travelers should be prepared for full days out and longer, scenic drives.

Since the areas we travel to are remote and wild (that's why we go there!), we require that all guests have, at minimum, medical evacuation insurance for this program. This is for the safety of all guests. We require that your chosen independent insurance plan includes at least $250,000 in medical evacuation coverage.

Plans may cover everything from medical treatment to trip cancellations and delays and lost luggage.
