I had the pleasure of meeting traveler Richard Jacobs during a trip to Churchill, Canada, to see polar bears. A great conversationalist, considerate environmentalist and fine travel companion, Jacobs also proved to be a talented photographer and videographer; we even published one of his photos in the 2014-15 WWF-NHA travel catalog.
Richard is gratefully a fan of our tours, and he emailed me this week to tell me about his adventures in the Galapagos last month with his grandson, Zach. Not only did Richard take some great photos, but Zach also shot video.
Richard finished editing Zach’s film this week, compiling a wonderful five-minute film of their experience swimming with sea lions. We’ve selected it as our video of the week.
Watch “Zach and the Galapagos Sea Lions.”
