When he’s not traveling or typing, you’ll find him looking up the word of the day, reading Louise Erdrich and Howard Frank Mosher novels, sipping Lagavulin (or Bruichladdich, or Barrell Bourbon), begging his knees to hold out for basketball and half-marathons, and convincing his kids to watch David Attenborough documentaries with him.
