Hobart’s oldest waterfront warehouses have been thoughtfully re-imagined as Australia’s first dedicated art hotel. This boutique property blends modernity with an industrial past within the port that has always been central to Hobart businesses. Today, the area buzzes with galleries, restaurants, bars and cafes. Five hundred contemporary Tasmanian artworks line the hotel walls. No two rooms are the same, although you can be assured of contrasts where old meets new. Bright splashes of color,  beams of rough-hewn timber, and brick and hand-cut stone walls are all in the mix.
