Average Highs: 61–86°F
In June, Namibia enters its dry winter season, which stretches through October—an optimal time to display Namibia’s iconic desert landscapes. Days are typically warm, and nights can get quite cold, especially in July and August when temperatures can dip toward freezing. October is typically the hottest and driest month and precedes the first rains of spring. Wildlife viewing in Etosha National Park and bordering private reserves is excellent.
